Weight Loss & Self-Love
I have spent the last 31 years yo-yo dieting. I have succeeded and failed numerous times at losing weight. But I am ready to start doing it differently. I am ready to lose it for the last time!
I am choosing to no longer use sheer willpower and self-hatred to fuel my weight loss journey. This is no longer acceptable to me.
I am choosing to use the tools and strategies I've learned through my journey of becoming a certified life coach to propel me through this weight loss.
I am choosing to love myself through this journey, have my own back, and stand up for myself, ironically from myself. I am no longer going to talk to myself like I'm a piece of trash. I now know after what seems like millions of attempts, I can't hate myself thin. So let's try another approach.
