After my husband, Brian, died by suicide when I was 41, I found myself in a terrible place.


I didn’t feel as strong as everyone was telling me I was. Instead, I felt isolated, disconnected and worried that my best days were behind me.

I wanted to love life again but I didn’t know how. 


Fortunately, I discovered life coaching and subconscious transformation.


These tools are so powerful that I’ve decided to devote my career to helping others fall in love with their lives again, no matter where they are in their journey.

All Coaching calls will be done over Zoom.  You can either choose to be coached 1 on 1 in the group or there will be a training.
